Memorandum: We whose names are hereunto subscribed, do hereby testify, that we were present when Mary wife of John Barnsley of Aldwark Grange in the Parish of Bradburn in County of Derby, husbandman, the youngest daughter of Richard Toft late of Winster in the said county, yeoman deceased, was baptised, and that she was baptized by the name of Mary, as witness our hands this twentieth day of April 1759.

According to the ministration of baptism to such as one of riper years. George was born in the parish of St Alkmund, Derby, he now lives in Winster and is an apprentice to William Marshall, a tailor in Winster. Robert is a stagecoach driver, residence unknown, Elizabeth is dead.
Thomas Raworth, Thomas Allin and Phoebe Rains being the witnesses thereto.
